Girls Golf make good showing at Stockton

The lady eagles traveled to Stockton for a 9-hole round earlier this month on the 12th. Shooting right about their personal average for the season, Sam shot a 53, Myka shot a 58, Grace shot a 58, and Kali shot a 67. The eagles have attended several competitions in preparation for districts. On the 15th of September, Clever hosted at Hidden Valley. MSU Relay Results in All-Around Improvement

Hosted at Missouri State University in Springfield, the lady eagles faced tough competition from larger schools. As the second competition of the season, Sam shot a 109, Myka shot a 119, Kali shot a 126, and Grace shot a 130. Although not placing, these are solid numbers to put up for early in the season.

First Successful Drive for the Lady Eagles

On Monday, August 22, Pierce City hosted Clever Bluejays and Purdy Eagles in the first meet of the season. Athlete Spotlight

This weeks featured athlete is Samantha Meyers of the girls golf team. Samantha qualified for the sectional tournament in Bolivar last week after shooting a great round of golf at the district tournament held in Marshfield. We would like to congratulate Samantha on a season well played!

Lady Eagles Shine

On September 14, the Lady Eagles golf team hosted Clever and Purdy in an 18 hole match at Windmill Ridge Golf Course in Monett. The Lady Eagles had a great day placing two girls in the top five. Samantha Meyers took 4th with a overall score of 126 and Gerilynn Hagele also shot a 126

Lady Eagles Excel at Cassville

On Thursday, September 10th, the Pierce City Lady Eagles traveled to Cassville to compete against the Purdy Lady Eagles.  Coach Charles says that “It is always nice to be able to play at Cassville with Purdy.
